Check In & Check Out

Guests may check-in to their room anytime after 3pm. Checkout is at 11am.

Deposit Policy

Reservations require a deposit of one night’s stay (plus tax) per room reserved. Upon arrival, the remaining balance is charged to the card on file unless specified at time of reservation.

Roll-Away Beds

$10 fee per night. They can only be accommodated on the bottom floor. They are not available for use in Loft or Lantern buildings. Pack and Plays available for guest use.


Two-Night Minimum

There is a 2 night minimum for Friday and Saturday Nights.


There is a $25 daily pet fee. Guests will be responsible for any damages incurred by your pet during your stay and will automatically be charged to the credit card we have on file for that room following check out. Pets are not to be left in the room unattended. Your pet must be on a leash at all times when on the property.

There is a 40lb weight limit. There is a one time fee of $25.00 for an additional pet.

The Lantern building is our only pet-friendly accommodation. No pets allowed on Top Floor.


Lantern Building Info

Lantern building rooms are discounted because they do not have A/C and are only updated minimally. There are no REFUNDS for “Room Unhappiness.”

Top floor oceanview rooms with balcony (and original Décor). No pets allowed on Top Floor. Pets are welcome on the bottom floor only.



Smoking is not permitted in buildings or on balconies. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated smoking areas on property.



Cancellations received more than 14 days in advance of arrival will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. Within 14 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. There is no refund for a no-show or early departure.



Our rates are based on a double occupancy. Extra Adults are $15 per adult. Children 6-16 are $10. Children under 6 are free.



Smugglers Cove is not a Handicap Accessible property. We have multi-level grounds and mostly all of our buildings have stairs. Two of our buildings have a ramp entrance for 1st floor.

Late Arrivals

Any late arrivals after 8pm please call the Inn ahead of time so we can accommodate you.
